Remedial Massage

Massage is steadily rising in popularity and acceptance in the UK and worldwide, and for some very good reaons:  the education is rigourous and the standards of care are high. It is the foundation for many modern medical therapies, including chiropractic, osteopathy, and physiotherapy.


Treatment consists of a wide range of massage techniques, such as:

  • Therapeutic: also known as remedial or deep tissue massage. This is common for injury treatment and may test your pain limits.
