Jen has been practicing massage therapy since 2004 after completing a diploma in massage therapy. Jen then continued to study Remedial massage therapy at the Northern Institute of Massage in Bury. Jen combines massage, gentle stretching and mobilisation techniques to release muscular tension.

Jen continued to study for an ITEC Diploma in Equine Sports Massage in Somerset, working mostly with racehorses, and continues to provide massage therapy for human and horsey clients!!

Jen's interests are competing her horses within the discipline of dressage and most importantly being a mum to her beautiful children, Grace and William.
